Confirmation of your appointment:

We require confirmation for ALL appointment. We will attempt to make contact with you to confirm your appointment via phone, text or email 48 hours prior. If you do not confirm your appointment it may be cancelled and your time given to another patient

Cancelling your appointment:

If you need to cancel your appointment please either phone 04 4997642 or email office@wpsi.co.nz at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

We understand that emergencies occur, however, if you do not call to cancel an appointment you may be preventing another patient from getting treatment.  

General

We are aware that delays do happen. Please let us know if you are running late. If you arrive late you will be seen for the remainder of the scheduled appointment however you may be charged for the full appointment.

We would appreciate full payment at the end of your consultation or procedure unless ACC or Southern Cross coverage.

ALL outstanding monies owing are settled prior to any further appointments.

We do try to be accommodating and work around your requirements where possible.
