OUR TERMS OF TRADE

We are a private clinic and there is a charge for all consultations, both cosmetic and non cosmetic. Please pay at the time of consultation unless otherwise arranged through Southern Cross or ACC.

NZDF: Payment is required on the day and reimbursement can then be sought via NZDF "pay and claim".

Payment methods are:

Eftpos, Visa or Mastercard

We no longer accept cash or American Express and apologise for any inconvenience this may cause

Any unpaid account after 30 days will be sent to a Debt Collection agency and all costs incurred including legal fees will be added to the original debt.

This may result in your details being registered with a credit bureau which could affect your credit rating.

Your payment at the time of consultation is appreciated.

Should you require further treatment, a procedure in rooms or an operation,  your surgeon will discuss the cost of this with you at the time of your consultation.
